Nice! Is this where I get to play the "It's backwards" card?Happy Halloween! Taken a few years ago. The Hofner was one of my first steps in my bass journey, the birds weren't to far in my future.View attachment 4037471
Yes you do!Nice! Is this where I get to play the "It's backwards" card?![]()
How can anyone not love this bass player?
Happy Halloween everyone! My band just dropped our first album today, the lion's share of which was tracked with the BaCH bird with the Greco pickup in it. This track definitely was.

How do you plan to use them? I aim for ones that will survive exercise on water in hot weather and I will compromise on many aspects to achieve that. It lead me to ones that may not be 'best' but will survive what I put them through. Can anyone recommend a good cheap pair of Bluetooth earphones? Little ones that sort of hide in your ear?
Yeah it would be the Thunderbird that puts it over the top...At work? I already caused a scene at the local Krispy Kreme getting doughnuts for the staff this AM, carrying a Bird in would have been a bit over the top.
How long have you waited for that opportunity?Nice! Is this where I get to play the "It's backwards" card?![]()

My 'alone time' is often when I'm off doing errands, making stuff like amp sleeves or other building type projects, that kind of thing. I have many ear buds that no longer work as a due to internal corrosion resulting from exposure to sweat. Ones that I rather liked and sounded good but couldn't hold up to what I need them to do.
I was really happy with Denon sports wireless earbuds (the particular ones I had are no longer made) but I went through 3 sets as they were not as waterproof as advertised. My sweat eventually corroded the internal wiring causing failure. Sounded good, but after a couple of warrantee replacements, we agreed that they were not up to spec for me.My 'alone time' is often when I'm off doing errands, making stuff like amp sleeves or other building type projects, that kind of thing. Also a selection of ear-tips would be a plus. I have odd, un-similar sized ear canals, so keeping things in them is a problem.
Maybe just mini wireless headphones is a better idea. And cheap. Cheap is big.
Yep should also be available on Apple Music/iTunes, as well as on Youtube:
Awesome!
The band has a very fresh and original sound, with maybe just a hint of Alice In Chains or Stone Temple Pilots in it. Loved all the tracks! Any live clips?
Some time ago I joked about buying a Greco IV Bird and yanking the bridge pup out of it to install in my BaCH II bird. Where were you able to find a Greco pup?
