I was very proud of that bass, my first restoration - it was beat to &%$# when I bought it and I spent more than it was worth at the time getting it to look like that.
Excellent choice. It is what a Jazz bass should sound like.
But wait. It's jazz. Can Thunderbirds do that?

Get there with my Casady and the amp is a microcube thing that can’t be heard over acoustic guitars.
The Casady dimed the gain so it was fuzzy-compressed.
Understandably so, that bass is beautiful... and green is not usually one of my colors.

TBT and all... I need to get better photos, but these show them how they arrived from the manufacturer. If I'm remembering correctly, these are from the second run of these we had made. They were the ones with the thinner body. I have the white one apart right now for rehab into a 60s clone. Can't do much about the rear control cavity cover, but the rest of it will be 60's spec, including an original pickup I have, a pick guard with the stamped bird from Scott (see above), and one of his Badbird bridges and tailpieces. The blue one will get the same treatment, but with a Thunderbucker (haven't decided which one).
Great little basses, light and stylish. The P pup is sweet, the Jazz pup left a lot to be desired. I ended up modding it with a custom designed John East preamp.

That's not much of a handshake. More of a head shake. Looks kind of lodge-like. This isn't from one of your ski trips is it?
I never was a puker even when I drank a lot. I think the only time I vomited it it was on some cheap wine. (Which is remarkable considering how much I drank.
) My two rules when I drank heavily:If thou shall not be able to hold thy liquor, thou shall not drink.
If thou shall make a fool of thyself, thou shall not drink.
Never cared to be around either one of those kinds of people.
I failed on the second a time or two.
