1000 days in a year (also called a kiloday), 10monthsdeciyears of 100 days each. Tenweekscentiyears of ten days each in a deciyear.
Each day can be divided into 10 decidays and of course each deciday is 10 centidays. Small amounts of time can be measured in microdays. The math is all really easy.
With each metric year being 1000 days, we will all be young again!

And yes, from my preretirement days, I know there are workplaces that divide the hours into 100ths. Makes it easier to hose the employees outta each little penny-which I know Canada stopped using.
