Order three so that you can be extremely reasonable by offering to return one...Yep, it's really happening! Now to explain it to the wife.

Inverness Green. Probably the most rarely offered colour and I have no green basses (yet). What color are you getting?
Isn't it off-set by the high income tax?Just looked at my invoice and all is in order. But man, California Sales Tax is through the roof.
Mine fits the Gibson case without being too tight.I don't remember now, and using the search function is forbidden around here. What case fits a VP? The Epi case appears to fit fairly well if you don't mind the headstock being a big jammed. Maybe that's what I'll end up getting for it. Are there other reasonable choices? It rains enough here and it will ride in the back of a van enough that I want a hard case, not a gig bag.
Yeah, but you have 40 basses!See, at my house I'm the wife and I had to explain it to my hubby............ He couldn't say no as he already has 4 guitars of his own.![]()
Good news. I already have three Gibson cases. They have 'Birds in them, but that just means moving things around a little.Mine fits the Gibson case without being too tight.
He needs 41.Yeah, but you have 40 basses!

I have an older case like that and it is a little snug length wise. Rubs some but will go.That's the one I use for mine
Iirc, the VP doesn't fit in the older, square, Epiphone cases?
Trying to catch up... But happy birthday. It was a good day for all of us!Thanks all for the bday wishes! No rest for the wicked off to rehearsal!
You know that was an open door for some of PillO's sage relationship advice?Yep, it's really happening! Now to explain it to the wife.
On the bright side, it's for a good cause and is always spent wisely!Just looked at my invoice and all is in order. But man, California Sales Tax is through the roof.

Not sage relationship advice. Bad relationship advice! You know that was an open door for some of PillO's sage relationship advice?
As I kept reading I see he did not disappoint.
That was actually a much improved version. Really tired from the last day of my FIL being in palliative care and all that follows and what I first wrote sounded like a line from a cheesy porno movie. Well, only from what I've heard, they are all cheesy and have somewhat the same story line. Again, from what I've heard.Ahem!
Depends on the ultimate objective. Not sage relationship advice. Bad relationship advice!
I come here for entertainment. If I only amuse myself (ahem) so be it, but if I can entertain others along the way perhaps I have done a small public service. That was actually a much improved version. Really tired from the last day of my FIL being in palliative care and all that follows
Only cheesy because the plot involves a pizza for which the recipient has insufficient funds...Well, only from what I've heard, they all are all cheesy and have somewhat the same story line. Again, from what I've heard.
