I suspect that it is far more than is needed just for slowing down/pitch shifting etc. for learning a song. Amazing slower downer is $10 on Android, $15 on Apple (apple tax I guess) and $50 for Mac/PC (and doesn't include the ability to connect to spotify). Seems to me that the bargain is on Android. But others may differ - as @GonePlaid says - twitchy zone.
