confused with your basses lol…you got many with many permutations…….
can you share details on that beauty? two point bridge and big tuners? did Lull have his way with it? don’t recognize the saddle part of the bridge….doesn’t look like Scott’s….or, maybe a refinished Eppi Vintage?

Looks great, but can't get any volume. Need more volume. ;):D

Lol. OK. Here’s a slice from the end of the evening. This place is a restaurant with a bar. We do classic rock, and other stuff we like. I don’t know why they keep booking us, because we spend the entire first set being told to turn down. :roflmao:

Anyway, end of the night, we’re hot and dripping wet, and someone in the audience (you’ll have to imagine all the tables filled behind that empty first row) wants to hear Rush. OK, we’re tired of playing softly, so take THIS:D. They did rebook for several months out, so I guess they made money.

Video picks up right at the dramatic pause before the guitar solo. This is taken by a GoPro on my end of the stage, so the mix is PERFECT. :roflmao:

Enjoy!:bassist:

About $200 in my hand, it's very accurate, not a "generic" model, LEDs for lights and a Decoder have about 45-50 locos alone worth that.
Way too much $$$ tied up in it - doesn't come all at once though, kind of a life sentence!

Sounds great! Lets hear more!

Ever tried a halfround or pressure wound? You get some of the crunch of a roundwound and some of the smooth feel of a flatwound. But they also thump more like a flatwound.

GHS brite flats are ground wound, which take it a step further toward flats.

I also enjoy GHS because, they do balanced tension for nearly all of their sets, now!

*for stainless, Rotosound has the Solobass sets. Which are a halfround version of the Swingbass 66.

Ever tried Elixirs? They are the real deal, when it comes to longevity. Sweat and grime can't get in there, because they coat the whole finished string. If I were gigging, they would be my gigging strings. My fave bassist swears by them.
GHS Pressurewounds. Those are the best sting in that category. Many love them but not the ground wounds of any variety, including me. Pressurewounds are really special strings.

Great! I'm ready for second helpin's now!

Yep, no doubt about it you're bass player. That would be 1.5 to 2 yrs of guitar strings for the average player.

I have the Reds. Same thing, different color. The coating is called K3, some kind of proprietary stuff.

I like them, my favorite strings

I bought the pyramids for the soon to be new to me non-reverse.

I got the pink DR coated for my regular reverse/un-reverse fretless…

I also bought a bunch of my favorite picks that were on sale…
