Thunderbird Club

@JJR58 :thumbsup: Jeff

I must admit it felt a bit odd writing that I’m turning 60. A milestone though.
I turned 60 just a little less than 2 years ago. When I turned 50, my son told me I was an official geezer. He slacked badly when I turned 60. He had nothing. Imagine my disappointment. I though I had raised him to raise the bar...

So is the consensus opinion that a 91 is worth some extra effort and $ to acquire? As opposed to a 2008?

I would check out the '91 if you can.

Don’t know if it’s consensus or not, but yes I would pay a couple hundred dollar premium for a 1991 over a 2008 all else being equal. :thumbsup:

Life begins at 60 Will.
That’s what I’m going for anyway
…and the other thing that begins at 60 is the realization that every bone and joint and muscle injury you had when growing up suddenly aches now even though it hasn’t for decades.:(

Just unboxed…a day earlier than axpected, mailman musta knowed ‘twas Firebird bass Thursday!

Looks like fun. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how bold and aggressive the Greco can sound vs a modern Tbird. :woot:
BTW - Toes dude!:D

Happy birthday! I’ll be 64 in February. There’s a Beatles song there somewhere.

That Sgt Peppers Beatles song inadvertently was part of the impetus for starting The Sean Conneries 4 years ago. We performed a Sunday J1 B-day show at Winters and learned "When I'm 64" to play that day. (on my 64th B-day) We needed a name to put on the marque and since we were all in Bond Girl (BG minus BG), I just wrote in "The Sean Conneries". I was thinking of changing it when Kirstin joined, but she liked the name so it stuck.
