Speaking of shared birthdays...

Anyone here besides me share a birthday with a great bassist?

My shared birthday is with none other than, John Paul Jones which is freakin' awesome because Led Zeppelin is by far my favorite band from that era. Very unfortunate that he never picked up a Thunderbird or any Gibson that I know of for that matter.

You have to wonder if he ever gave Gibsons a chance since one of his most noted contemporaries(JAE) played them during his heyday.
