Thunderbird Club

Not disagreeing with you, but to me “pirates” are the worst kind of criminal. Isn’t the definition someone who murders a crew and takes their ship? The word has been misused so much (music/software piracy?) that it’s lost it’s meaning.
Yes, the term has taken on a cute, benign meaning. Robin (the) Hood may be an example.

Well, we've are beginning to get hit with some global warming or episodic atmospheric thermal oscillations or whatever the term is now. You guys in Canada can keep this stuff up there where it belongs!;)
I admit the golf course looks better in the Winter with snow, but I'd still rather not have the snow for more that a day or so.

Also "sanitized" by Disney-and other filmmakers.("Yo, ho, yo, ho, a pirate's life for me". Nope.)
I'm going to blame 'sexy pirate' costumes. Now I can think about sexy pirate costumes for a while...

We got whacked by the same system on Monday in Northern Virginia..By now it seems like everyone has seen the I 95 back up footage on TV.
One of my employees thought he could make it home to Fredricksburg at 10 am..wrong. He was stuck for 28 hours.
It was a very wet heavy snow and took out lots of trees.Still thousands without power. We had 11.8 inches at the house. 62 degrees on Sunday and almost a foot of snow by noon Monday.
All Thunderbirds are safe and accounted for.

Can't hit a like on that one. I hope everyone got home safe and sound.

Not yet old enough to fully appreciate a snow day, but soon enough...

Well a lot of people do that sort of thing.... Were you an undocumented traveling musician?
I was at one point. The van was full of equipment. Beats me why the border agent didn't ask more questions. She only asked if we were carrying any alcohol. When I told her the only alcohol we were carrying was already inside of us, she said that was a mistake because it was very expensive in Canada. And that was it.

I'll have to try your setting for kicks. Mine is set at 1:00 and 11:00, roughly, and I hardly ever adjust it. Mine sets on the back of the head out of the way. For people who want it to "do something" like an effect are disappointed because that's not what it does and they conclude it doesn't do anything. It does for discerning ears. That and my old Phase 90 I would not be without.

So you have your settings opposite of mine correct? I'll try it but when I first got it a few years ago I spent a lot of time trying different settings before leaving it like I do. With my hollow-bodies I have a slightly different setting to control feedback but otherwise leave the 11-1 for everything; rehearsal, live and recording. (always on) I leave 3 pedals on all the time; the SS, the MXR d.i.+, and my compressor/sustainer.

Even baby poop thinks that color is ugly

Antiqua, like that example can look pretty bad. But it can also look good, at least if one is open to the 'look'. Here's what I consider a good example - in fact, my latest build may be done in this scheme.

Our round is happening today. I had to leave and didn't know if I was going to make it down the hill that we live on or not. One person already slid off the road into a tree. Some roads were treated with some thing. I think good ideas of politicians or something like that because whatever it was didn't work.

I stay home when it snows around here, the city fathers are a bunch of muthers...

They actually just put red clay on top of the snow without plowing.

They dig the clay out of the side of a riverbank with football sized rocks in it and everything.

Number 1 gravel is great for traction. If on a backhoe.
