I like the styling better than the Gibson, but never got to play one.
 
Yup. Me too also. I don't like it, I don't need it, and I don't see any point in developing a skill I won't use. Plus, I have a bone spur on the outside of my right thumb(slap, OW!; slap, OW!).
But you can impress people in Guitar Center.... Just wear you hat backwards for maximum effect. Sideways and tilted is better and really cool. Or kool. Or something.
 

I'm so thankful I grabbed a white version when I did! I am looking to replace the Pickguard with a wht/blk/wht with Gold logo though, as I think it would look much better with the other gold detailing.

As well as some ashtray covers to complete the old school vibe

Wide would look great with all gold hardware. Might be gaudy, but it would look awful doggone good!
