We don't normally have that really skinny bacon here at all, so those strips get called that. I very rarely see them in a shop. When I do, it's Bacon time!So, over here on the other side of the pond, that is just plain bacon to us but for you it's "American Style Bacon". Is that so you don't confuse it with "Canadian Bacon", which Canadians call "Back Bacon" or "Peameal Bacon".![]()
