Wondering why there are steel bars on that third floor window.On our way to the ice cream shop. I used to live in an old “close” (Scots for alley) like this when I first moved to Edinburgh.

My son can’t resist a photobomb!
I worked in a Mountain environment for a school District that had me at a maintenance position for six years. I lived and worked on site. World record snowfall in the shortest amount of time. It wasn’t easy. After that I owned and operated a plumbing company in Lake Arrowhead for seven years. Again not easy.@shawshank72 Looks idyllic and sounds rewarding but as someone who has had photography jobs in similar schools in Scotland I recognise how challenging that environment can be.
