Rated to push the bigger planes, and admittedly does that very well. Lots of power, and smooth steering.
But, as with most equipment these days, it's designed by smart-ass (French) engineers who don't have to use the damn thing daily.
Off-aircraft, it drives like one of them buckin' broncos you'd see in a cowboy bar.
It won't go into gear unless the 4 wheels are in absolutely perfect alignment...with a sweet spot thinner than a seventy-year-old's last grey hair.
The hydraulic towbar connection is several different accidents waiting to happen.
Lights are pathetically weak.
The RT keeps disconnecting, which is NOT what you want when moving an aircraft at a busy time.
According to our maintenance guys, the whole thing practically needs to be disassembled to even get at wiring and fuses.
And, worst of all, here's exactly zero cup holders for my coffee!
Thank you. a dear friend of mine is buried in the graveyard there i always think of him when i go past the church. we called him Sheppy he was a Bass player as wellCRAIGSLIST!!
