I need to know about the wedges. Do you sprinkle anything on them? Broiled? Baked? Grilled?
You have two of my favorite foods on Earth on one plate.
Wedges. Chop the sweet potatoes into chunks, par-boil them, then I put them in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil and individually attach exactly 15 grains of sea salt, 7 bits of ground black pepper, and a whisper of Hog's Breath seasoning ( you may have to go to Key West for this) to each chunk.
Preheated oven (about half way), throw them on a baking sheet on a tray and cook them for 33 minutes...or until they stop screaming.
