Nice!
I've always wanted one of the solarburst Tribal Suns or Phoenix's but they're a bit hard to find nowdays.
That bass is hot, I love that the jazz is slanted for extra bass on the high strings!yea no kidding...that is one of the main reason i picked up my Obsession...nobody seems to have them in stock....and i mean nobody...i just got lucky as the local Mom and Pops owner is friends with a factory rep that just quit Crate and went to work for Traben he ordered 4 after the last NAMM show and ended up with this one Obsession....i played it once and fell in love......and i happen to really actually like the tribal bridge.....
I listed one of my NJ's and one of my lower end Model ESP's today to fund another Traben purchase....I'm really gassing over the Attack Model With the burled top! and the double single coil pup arrangement!!!!

"Hello all,
I have been checking out your basses for some time now and I'm very impressed with the quality, looks and performance of the few that I have had the chance to play. I am currently in the market for a dual MusicMan pickup style bass and I recently had the opportunity to spend a couple days with a beautiful Chaos Core. I fell in love with the tonal options that this bass can afford. I would pull the trigger on the bass but the only thing holding me back the fact that I'm drawn more towards neck thru basses with a bit more traditional styling.
That being said, I'm in love with the classic good looks of the Chaos Obsession. The big bonus is the neck thru construction and natural finishes. It's just drop dead gorgeous! You guys really nailed the looks of this bass. Well done!
Have you ever considered offering the Chaos Obsession with the complete pickup and electronics package from the Chaos Core? I think that combination of chassis and electronics would be an instant hit and I would be first in line to get my hands on one.
Please take this into consideration as a future addition to your already impressive product line.
Best regards,"
"Thanks for the email…
It has been considered….However the separation between the 2 for price points makes it difficult to justify….I am sure in the future we will do something utilizing both features… however right now, there are no plans….

That would be awesome, milk and bass!OK, so mine was delivered by the small white truck...but who wants to make it sound like a milk truck dropped off your bass?

ya ya....crappy pictures. But raining like crazy outside so no natural light pictures. But the bass is awesome! Great gritty tone. Without a doubt something that is gonna stand out in the mix for me. Running it through my effects board is producing some great tones also. I can't wait to play with it more.

Does anybody here know where to find replacement bridges for Trabens, particularly the Neos? I've been looking everywhere and haven't been able to find anything.![]()
That is awesome! Here's my Phoenix 5:
