What I tell my wife if she says something about cost of basses or bass gear;

All the basses & other gear I currently have and have ever had in the past is equivalent to about 1/8 the value of a well equipped bass boat and worth about 1/2 of that ring you wear that we traded up to by our 35th anniversary. Be glad I’m not into bass fishing and you aren’t (more) into jewelry, AND I can make money with my stuff….

I'm not well versed on the legality of it all, but as I understand it, "Rickrolling" involves the music video, and Rick Astley's image is all over the video. I'm thinking some enterprising lawyer might be able to get Mr. Astley some extra compensation for the use of his image if others have made money with this "Rickroll" stuff. But I'm no attorney, so...:confused:

Why would your bass need a boat? :roflmao::roflmao:

JK. The way I look at it, a decent gig-worthy bass (guitar) rig is really no more expensive than decent flyfishing gear. Our band gets paid hundreds, but nobody's ever paid me to fish!

No wedding ring for the wifey and we have been together 48 years. My wife thought it was a wasteful ide.
She definitely wanted a bass boat when she was younger and still wants a jeep.
