I wouldn't call a chevy s-10 a truck, it's more like a toy....but I owned a 1996 chevy s-10 from 2000 until the summer of 2010. That little inline 4 went over 200k no problem. I had it in florida for 3 years, then northern illinois for 3 years then virginia for 1 year then southern wisconsin for 3 years. I never had to do anything more than tires, brake job and water pump in those 10 years. When I traded in towards my jeep it needed new tires.......thats all. Like I said, it's more of a toy than a truck but it was a very reliable toy.
