Not sure anyone uses the Strymon Zuma to power the Two Notes Le Bass?
The Zuma has variable power out (9v 500mA or 12v 375mA or 18v 250mA), I'm wondering the 12v 375mA is able to power the Le Bass normally although the specs of the pedal stated 12v 500mA.
Have emailed in to ask Two Notes team, but they mentioned I could try and see, but then there are no returns in my country, and it will be a bummer if I purchased it and can't use it.

I was wondering whether this could be avoided, as the Zuma only has 2 outputs that are of variable voltage (9, 12, 18v with their respective mA). Because I do have another pedal that requires 12v output too.
Else I will need to get an additional power supply, which does add up the cost...
Hmm I went to check cs12 pro, it’s 12v output is only at 100mA, which is lower than the strymon zuma which is 12v 375mA.
So I guess if you all can use the CS12 pro with success even it only output 100mA, the Zuma should be safe at 375mA?
It can put out about 1000mA from any outlet, as long as you don’t exceed the total output. I’ve been powering two hx stomp and an h9 from mine for a while without any problems.

I will write in to Strymon to ask, whether their power supply are able to do that too, since Zuma's total output is 4500mA.
I got a SA programmable EQ found it on eBay new old stock $150. I haven't tried it with my Le Bass yet so if anyone using one in conjunction with the preamp I'd appreciate any tips.Before or after Le Bass for one?
Run it through the effects loop on the Le Bass. Basically, you'll set up the Le Bass to output CC messages 1-4, then set up presets in the EQ to balance out the volume and EQ each channel/mode to your taste. Make sure you have both devices on the same MIDI channel, or the EQ to Omni mode.
If I remember correctly, the Source Pedal doesn't send any MIDI commands, so you have to use the Le Bass to control the EQ.
All the info is in the manuals, but check back in if you get lost.

My pedal board is mainly Source Audio : I have a Soleman and a neurohub to command a C4 Synth and an Aftershock. Easy to setup and no need to be a Midi god to program this system as it's mainly supported by the Source Audio windows software.
I also have a Boss tuner TU2, a Spectracomp (always on) and an HPF filter (always on).
I think I could use the Aftershock for unity gain between the A/B/Fusion channels : possible ?
But I am a simple user and Midi is not my cup of tea... How could I integrate the Le bass in my pedal board ?

Or a cable from the neurohub to the Lebass ? from one of the 5 "multifunction outputs" ?

I have received the Le Bass yesterday. I have installed it at the end of my effects chain.
I have checked the SA Soleman and I think that I will be able to connect it directly to the preamp and tweak the output of my SA pedals (Aftershock or C4) to unify the volume.
It sounds good with all my presets and it really adds something to the sound.

I recently bought a Le Bass preamp, and I like it a lot. However, the hot/cold fusion switch sometimes does not work... has this happened to anyone else here, and might it be an easy fix if I open up the pedal? Thank you for any help or advice.
I've had two of them, the first one being one of their earlier models that definitely had some issues that were corrected down the line, but haven't had a problem with the hot/cold fusion switch. If it's new I'd send it back, otherwise I'd check in with Two Notes directly and see what they say about fixing it.
Ok thank you, I will contact Two Notes and see what they say. I've only had it for a little while, and I bought it new so it would be surprising if it is from an early run.
Does anyone run an uneffected DI to FOH along with a effected signal from the Le Bass? I had read earlier in this thread that the Le Bass inverts the phase which will cause phase cancellation if the phase is not flipped at the mixing board. I ran into this problem a year ago when I tried running the Le Bass in parallel with a dry signal using a Boss LS-2 but, at the time, I did not realize that phase cancellation was the problem. So, basically I am curious if anyone bothers with sending a unaffected DI to FOH along with an effected signal or is it more trouble than it is worth and no one else is doing it anyway.
