I do have a tech question about the Le Bass:
How and where is the tube placed in the circuit?
Given that it has two channels, but only one tube, one might wonder where the 'tube magic' is injected, especially since it is possible to use both channels at the same time.
Thanks for reaching out and a great question! In our schematics, one tube can drive both channels — in the Le Series, the tube creates the gain stage and is placed after the A (clean) tone stack, before the B (drive) tone stack and before the FX loop. Let me know if this helps to clarify things!

How does the clipping occur in the B(drive) section? Or what device is clipped to achieve the drive?
No problem — Happy to help — I just spoke to our engineers and they have noted it is all clipped via the tube in all instances. Let me know if you need any more info!

After many months of problem-free use, my Le Bass recently started developing incidents where sound from either channel A/B would randomly "mute out" during play. Temporary incidents of "no sound."
Through real-time experimentation, I positively traced the issue to Le Bass and not any other part of my signal chain.
As posted earlier in this thread this issue is caused by the bottom circuit board slowly wiggling away from an above-socket connection and is easily curable.
