AMAZING !!!!!! I had NO IDEA Peavey made a Dyna Bass with a tremelo. Peavey USA bass was SO ahead of it's time. They were the BEST bass company, ever.A pleasure @B-Mac. I have a medium size collection of old Monitor mags from the 80's 90's that I shared on the Peavey forum back on April 29, 2018..if you missed it the links are below. The collection was large enough pictorially for 3 parts...so here are the 3 part links..enjoy.

Grab it!What can you guys tell me about the second GEN. Dyna bass
I can grab one for 300
Best bass I have ever played..you wont regret it. Now for something completely different..here @PeaveyPlayer is a huge selection of my Dyna songs I did for my Fiance at the time when she was in England and me here in Aust. She wanted to know what my bass playing sounded like loll..I was 60 at the time loll and did these recordings direct to the computer with no interface other than direct in through the Creative SB16 sound card at the time..once I hit record I couldnt stop..if I made a mistake, and I made plenty lol..I couldnt stop to edit..so they were all 1 takes..so here ya go..I chose a selection from all sorts of songs..it may give you an idea of what Lucy (my Red Dyna) sounds a bit like..some songs had Flanger in them btw..sorry about any booboos lol I made over 500 songs for her to download so this is a "small" sample loll, so no picking on the poor ol 70 year old..I did these on my 5 string Dyna 10 years ago..we've been married 6 years..lol..looks like she fell in love with my Dyna Bass lolWhat can you guys tell me about the second GEN. Dyna bass

Had to court her from 12,000 miles away, then I had to get her here to Australia to marry the woman...a long distance love affair since 2006 and now my beautiful Peavey Dyna 5 only comes second in my home loll..thanks @eldoryder for your comments..it gave me something to do with my time after my first marriage broke down in 2000..nothing like music to bring people together..TalkBass is the perfect example.Good stuff, giffro! As a 67-year-old "hobbyist", I can only dream of playing that well. Nice long-distance seduction technique as well!![]()
That's real cheap for a Rolex loll...you probably mis-typed Tolex lolLocal GC has a 410TVX for $159. The Rolex is a little beat, but probably still sounds great. There was a T-Max in a case on Reverb for $270 shipped. That would have made an awesome low-budget rig, especially if it were just something to leave at the drummer's house or something like that.
I'm surprised I dont see many PVH212 cabinets used.
Ha! I'm blaming autocorrect for that one. I fixed itThat's real cheap for a Rolex loll...you probably mis-typed Tolex lol
Got a great giggle..thanksHa! I'm blaming autocorrect for that one. I fixed it
That would be a great rig for the practice space, an open mic/house backline rig, etc...Local GC has a 410TVX for $159. The Tolex is a little beat, but probably still sounds great. GC has a nice looking Millennium Plus 5 on their site. These are rarely up for sale and are great basses.

Are the knobs two different colors like that originally?
