Already beyond excited. It’s worth note that the body was drilled for the older bent steel type, whereas my 91 red body had the later style bent plate bridge. Interestingly enough, my 91 foundy FL also had the old style bridge, and the early body style/headstock shape. 90/91 were funny years. I don’t ever recall seeing a small body foundation like this in sunburst.
I need to get some bits on order for the string through conversion, and I also have brass saddles on order for an older Fender deluxe bridge that supports string through, but has saddles with variable spacing notches, which I can’t stand. Progress will probably be a little slow, but I’m stoked beyond stoked.
