No affiliation. I've bought 2 basses from this guy. A White custom Foundation, he had cleaned it all up nicely, and a Dynabass he sold to me as is...(my current favorite) This one it looks like he went through and cleaned up.
Cheers!

Guitar Center has had several for sale in the last month or two for $649...maybe the $1000 bubble has burst. It’s the first post by sound chaser that started this club in 2007, back when you could get a nice T-40 for $300. Remember?
I mean I’d rock one more letterman style thoYes please! Satin ones...In that Peavey Salmon or Rose color with the classic Peavey logo on the back... in rhinestones
OddBut I still hear my bass though
This is odd. I tried again to post a link but got the same result. It is on Facebook Marketplace so a search will find it.
Odd
I used to have to fix those Mackie mixers.... what a pain.
Now I own a Mackie mixer.
Looks like quite a deal indeed, I wonder if theres a catch
What's the catch on that deal? No idea. Buy it and let's find out! What is it!?! I gotta know!!!
Good luck.
Mine is really quiet without any shielding.
So is the Super Ferrite in my Gen 1 Slant Fury.
Yeah generally it's no problem, but my audio interface sits at bass height, dead in front of the pickup when I'm practicing in front of the computer, and that's where almost all the interference comes from. Of course, no amount of shielding will save me when it's directly in front of the pup.
I think I get less hum now, but I'm wondering if I'm not getting good contact between the pickguard and cavity shielding. Noise drops completely (to my ear) when I turn 90 degress to the interference source, but comes back again at 180 degrees.
