U.S. Peavey Club

So what about "Don't Stop Believin'" ? That's a T-40, right ?
Afraid not.

Valory and the T-40 were together for 1 tour and the live album of that tour.

The band were going on tour and Peavey offered them backline and PA as part of a PR exercise. Another part of the PR gig was Valory play a T-40 and have his photo used in a couple of adverts.

Tour ends, contract complete, T-40 retired.

There's an interview someplace where Ross talks about his basses; his Jazz , Steinberger , Charvel and Ovation all get a mention. Not a word about the 40.

I'm kinda new to Peavey basses and I read about all the different models but don't know the difference. Where can I get a list of all the Peavey models made in order from least expensive to most expensive so I know what I'm buying if something comes up. Just like to know the difference if such a list exists. Thanks...Bob..pix would help too.

Hi Bob !
Welcome to our side of the neighborhood. Do you currently own a Peavey ? What is it that you like about them now that you're new to them ? What are you looking for ? Traditional passive P bass or modern active bass ?

That will help us steer you right to the prize !

Mike

Plus the oft-neglected B-Ninety! USA made, active and passive P/J versions.

So I finally found a suitable replacement for my old Foundation and I gotta say that Super Ferrite is Awesome! Found an old 87 Patriot and had to jump on it. Other than some clean up and a new PG she is pretty good. Sounds and feels great anyway. Even got the chainsaw case with her too.

Maybe it's been discussed, but the Cirrus at GC is gorgeous! I'm in no position to make that purchase, but damn it, that thing is pretty! I just had to say that to someone and the people in my life don't care! ;)

It nice to have somewhere you can go where people understand and care!

If you meant this one [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] Yeah! Its a beauty!
