Not a bad deal at all if it checks out OK. Haven't seen a Foundation Peavey for that price in a while....it's just like the good 'ol days!
All that for $250? I say go for it if the neck isn't ski-jumped. It's a nice color combo and looks to be in good shape. Plus, you get a practice amp to either keep, sell, or gift to a beginner.
I sent a message to the seller. If the neck looks decent I'll probably snag it!

If that was local to me I'd 100% pick it up, upon further inspection of the condition in person of course.

Yah, looks pretty good. Only thing is the tailpiece chrome flaking. That trapezoidal bridge is heavily plated and I've not seen one flaked before, could be sign of moisture....I dunno take a close look at that.
Me either. I like a 45 more than a 40, myself. But what's with the stacked knob?...added pre?...got sick of the odd control setup? It looks really nice in white and has the sweet felt-lined bomb case, too. Not worth $750 (to me), but it just may fetch close to that from the right buyer?
I had a shot at a minty Burgundy 45 a few years ago at my local shop for $350. Would have taken it then, but like most T's it was a heavy bastard. Still, if a nice white 45 popped up for cheap money tomorrow, I'd be hard pressed not to snag it, despite the weight. Irresistible cool factor 'n all.
Picked up a Foundation S and the P pickup is really low output. The J sounds great. New battery, cleaned all pots, jack and connections and new battery. Pots look to be original and all solder joints look good and check good with ohm meter. Any input on what I should check or do? I raised the P pickup up almost to the strings and it only mildly helped.
Looks like the knobs that come with the Duncan Blackouts concentric Bass/Treble preamp. Nice preamp, I have one in my Bass VI.

Nice seeing the Foundation pics still, love the styling of this bass. 
Not a perfect fit.
Millenniums are 35" scale length but, with the exception of the through neck and bolt on Grind 5 strings, all the BXP are 34" scale length. Difference between Millennium and Grind necks are shape of the neck pocket and the Grind is 24 frets opposed to 21 on the Millennium.
It's likely you'll be moving the bridge should you stick a 34" BXP neck to a Millennium body. An Axcelerator 5 neck would be a better idea, those were 35" scale length.
