I like all three of those colors.
I think Fender Sonic Blue is pretty much the same as Powder Blue.
The Daphne Blue is really nice.
I had a 1965 Fender Mustang guitar in Daphne Blue and really liked it (I paid $65 for it in 1972).

If I were paying to paint a bass right now I would probably go for something really different like Tangerine Kandy or Root Beer Kandy or a wild looking green color.

Dude. I'd take one in each color.
Finally got around to getting photos of the previously referenced '87 Furys. The white body has the satin finish neck; the burst is gloss. Not sure if that comes through in the photos. In the neck closeups, the first one is the gloss.

I've taken them out and didn't see any cracks. I shook them and didn't hear any rattling. The screws and wires are stable. I even took out the pre and there was nothing rolling around in the cavity. When I tilt the bass back an forth I can hear something loose rolling around. I even took off the bridge to see if there might be something under it and tightened all the adjustment screws. The loose whatever is still there. I had the E string buzz on the 9th fret fixed and now I noticed a buzz on the 1st fret of the B string and the string is as floppy as hell. Never had such problems on any of the Cirri I've had. I am beginning to think something is up with the truss rod. Also the neck may have a slight twist. Don't know. The rattling might be the truss rod though.

Sometimes the string angle from the nut to the tuner is not sharp enough and will cause a rattle when playing an open string, especially 'E'. You might try re-tensioning the strings with more downward pressure (pressing on the string with a finger) just above the nut, as you tighten the tuners. Had a rattle like you're describing when installing some new Hip-shots.

2 methods.

1: Tap each of the fishtails.

2: Hold the neck firmly around 3rd to 5th fret. Position close to your head then shake the bass.

Both methods will let you know if it's the tuning pegs.

If the fishtails are loose, replace the nylon washers; doubled up does no harm :thumbsup:
If it's the actual worm gear area, get a proper set of Gotohs .

Not the tuners. I took the pre out again and shook the bass. The rattle is not coming from the cavity or the pre but is coming from inside the body. The only thing left is the truss rod. I don't think there is a way to chevk/fix that?

Thank you! I tried the first suggestion on the B string and it made a big difference!
