All measurements in inches. Diagram would be if you were looking at the neck off the body, frets-down. Numbers in red denote where the neck ends in the pocket (dashed line). The neck itself extends a little farther past the pocket.

Took forever to find this club. Anyway LOOKIN FOR A NUMBER.
I've got 2 Peaveys currently, one is an '84 Fury:

Finally got around to getting to work on my newest Peavey. Broke it down and cleaned all the shiny parts (tuners & bridge), took off the pickguard and gave the pots and jack a good dose of contact cleaner, restrung it with some Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings (roundwounds 50 - 70 - 80 - 105), adjusted the pup, set the relief (was a little too straight), and set the intonation.

Plays and sounds AWESOME!! It would KILL any MIA Fender P out there!!

Still considering a new pickguard for it. Maybe a three-ply black / white / black.

My advice (unless you have a local luthier who would do it) would be pickguardheaven.com, I had good experiences with them.

I assume you're talking about the color. What color is it? I've seen Red, Green, Honeyburst, and Black. And maybe Teal Blue.

Yeah I was referring to the color. Sorry, guess I should have been clearer. It's opaque.. Sort of a red & blue holographic swirl! As I said, have never seen one like it. I've only seen transparent finishes over flamed maple.

Actually I learned it's a factory finish called "Eerie Dess Blue". There's a FS thread for a TL-6 in the same finish.

I just aquired another "vintage" Peavey, a 1984 Fury. The maple fret board is starting to seperate at the heel.

Any suggestions on how to repair this ?

I have come across a few B-90 lefties from time to time, are they good basses?

Nope, they weren't. PCB for the preamp wasn't compatible.
