Oh yeah the headstock is not black like the ones in your pictures. It is all maple with the logo and triangle thing in black.

Yes that's it but it is missing the back knob by the edge of the body. I thought it was a switch at first but upon looking closer it is missing that knob. It is the same bass as that though. Is that a mellenium plus? Thanks again for the info.
"Willing to negotiate price" - hohoho! The treble EQ knob is missing! Offer her $150!
$200 is a killer deal for that!!
Missing out on this Mill makes me 0 for 2 today- missed a US 4+ at a GC in Dayton. It was $150. I about wanted to cry.
I already offered as much, but I'm sure the fact that I needed it shipped is probably why I haven't heard back.![]()
I actually have been emailing with the seller for two days now. I am sure its the fact thatyou want it shipped. I would never ship one of my basses that was listed on CL. Its gotta be local meet and sell. I am almost positive this is the case with this deal as well.
Shipping is a pain
Yeah, I know some people are like that, but personally, I wouldn't have a problem shipping, and have done so on more than one occasion. It was worth a shot.
I think people (myself included) use CL when we do not want to ship. Its the only time I use it. There is just way to much scamming on CL for me to ever ship. The only way would be if I knew the person was a member of say this forum, then I prob would ship it.
Hey guys I did end up grabbing the millennium today. I got it for less than 150. It had the original strings on and was still close to being in tune. Brought a battery with me and sure enough I needed it. I would say overall its in good condition. It gas some dents and suchon the body and a few scratches. I will put up some pics tomorrow from work. I did notice a crack through the clear coat about 1/2 " right on the corner of the lower neck pocket. Is this a common thing with the millennium basses. My 82 fender had them on top and bottom if the pocket.
Ultimately the bass is nice, I put new strings on it wow, what a deep growl I can get from it. I do believe I am going to put it the classifieds though for trade. I want a non holoflake g-bass in black and would swap it straight up today if someone offered one up. If I can't get that I will keep it and rock some serious doom metal with a purple tiger millennium.
One last question, the serial starts with 109......... The wiki page stops in the 90's. Can someone give me a link or the year it was made? Thanks fir any and all help guys.

$150 is a steal. I can't tell you the exact year of manufacture, but it will be very close to 2001.
