Is it possible to tighten up the output jack? The jack on my '85 Foundation is loose and it will lose connection pretty easy. Also I have seen people mention rebuilding the pots is that difficult? I think my tone pot is dead it doesn't seem to make any tone difference wherever I put it. The two volume ones work fine a little scratchy but I haven't sprayed them with contact cleaner yet.
Thanks for the help.

The output jack on your Foundation should be a barrel type that goes through the body. There is no goo way to adjust the contacts for a tighter fit. It will need to be replaced. The best way to keep these from wearing out is to have a 90 degree male plug on the end of your cord and loop the cord through the strap to support the weight of the cord and keep it from pulling on the jacks.
Rebuilding pots is not practical. Spraying them with some contact cleaner usually works well. Just follow the directions.
