Also, I know the BW loaded 2x15s seem to get love around here and Ive been looking for one, but it seems like the 1820 cabs are way easier to find. This is the cab with a 18 and 2 10s in it. Anyone have one of these beasties? Do you like it?

I had an 1810, same thing.
Best tip, bypass the crossover and use 2 cables to plug it into an amp as 2 cabs (using the biamp inputs). You will need a 2 ohm stable amp to do that.
There is a 3620 on my local CL for $150 right now, talk about a beast. Says it was owned by the bikini kill bass player
There's a gold unlined fretless Axcelerator on Reverb. It may be a tad overpriced, but it looks like it's in really good shape.
I swear I'm not shilling for shopgoodwill.com, but this popped into my feed this morning. Looks like an 80s Foundation; it has the trapezoidal bridge, Super Ferrites and still has the speed knobs and truss rod cover. Aside from the neck, it could be a clone of my fretless.

Interesting, looks like it has a slab fretboard like a one piece neck, but I think I see the bilaminate joint on one pic showing the back of the neck, but can't see it in the headstock pics. 6days left, I predict about $200-250.
Still using my 1820 cab after 26 years of constant use (1x18" Black Widow 2x10" Scorpions)...shes heavier than 2 circus elephants but kicks out enough air to fill a hot air balloon. Blows my pants legs around from 6ft away. Beautiful amp still. I'll post a pic below.
I am also still using my '91 Peavey DynaBass 5 through the amp..we've been working together 26 years and still rockin' on.
I absolutely love the Dyna 5 string spacing..it makes the neck so easy to play.
Palladium Red body colour I believe but correct me if i'm wrong.
Just a query, but about '92 Peavey seemed to change the logo to the blockier CAPS style printing. My '91 has the typical older style "pointy" printing on the headstock logo. As mine is a '91 with the older style logo and I have seen pics of '92 Dynas with the "Capitalised" printed logo, I assume it was about '92 they might have changed the design. Anybody know for sure?
I remember in the late 80's reading in Monitor Mags about the Peavey Dynabass having the Super Ferrites which interested me. I kept bothering my newsagent here in Australia for the latest Monitor magazine which was a monthly publication I believe and quite often free. I have a couple dozen in my cupboard from the 80's and 90's still loll
My guitar manual says that the Dynabass uses the SF pups too even though there are no markings on the pup surface to indicate Super Ferrite...i decided to make my own logos to stick on the smooth pup surface 26 years ago and they are still there loll I would love to know if there are any DynaBass owners here in Australia as at the time in the 90's when I bought mine from the USA I was told by the music instrument distributor I went through, that they had never seen one before here. I still to this day havent seen any other Dyna's apart from mine. A great bass guitar that I will never sell. I also included a pic of the PCB inside the rear control cavity that shows the blue plastic 8 position dip switch where you could select a variety of different pre mids tone settings that affected how the front mids settings sounded. It took experimentation with those switches to find the best sounding setting I liked. Great US made bass guitars and Lucy is my main workhorse still. Giff.
Welcome @Giffro ! Great bass you have. Your Dyna 5 is a second model and has flat top humbuckers, not Super Ferrites. They were used for a short time since the passive and active VFLs were in development and replaced them. 1st model had Super Ferrites. Here's my 1st model with Super Ferrites and 2nd model with flat top humbuckers and a 1st model neck.
LOLLLL..i'm checking out my pics...ran over picked Lucy up...checked out the A string..dunno what the heck he's talking about..come back on the computer and find out BassikLee is referring to Mech's white Dyna pic and the A string on it lolll.Thanks for the info on the pups both you guys...the only info I ever got from Peavey back then (being so far away here in Oz) was the year she was made after giving them the serial number info and not much else..the manual that came with it shows a 4 string Dyna and mentions the SF pups and as far as I have been concerned all these years I have been certain they werent SF but ive been calling them soapbar humbuckers...so thanks again guys for clearing that up. Yes she is a sweetheart and sounds fabulous..plenty of grunt for an old girl. Giff
Actually mech and BassikLee if you're wondering about the second little toggle switch and led indicator...I put those in a few years after owning the bass..if I recall I waited till warranty ran out first before I modded it loll..It's just a flick of the toggle that tells how the battery condition is..if the led glowed dimly after throwing the toggle, the battery was on the way out and gave me an indication before fuzzing the sound, so i'd quickly change it before the next set. It only came in handy about twice in a 26 year period loll..ohh well..it was a good idea at the time loll..Giff.

Also mech..another question for you..both your Dyna's are 4+1 config like my EBMM 5..whereas my '91 Dyna is a 3+2 config...what is the story there and what years are your 2 Dyna's in the pics please mech? I see by your bio you come from PeaveyTown also loll..lucky man.

@BassikLee ....it was off the roller. Saw it when I first looked at the pic after it was taken. The A really runs down the fret markers.
@Giffro ...The metallic grey 1st model is a 1987. I believe that's the first year and the first model five string Peavey made. The white is a 2nd model body from 1993 with a 1st model 1991 neck. The original neck had a twist above the 5th fret and refused to be corrected with heat and clamps. I found a beater 1st model for it's neck. There's a difference in the necks. The 1st model is 1 3/4" at the topnut and the 2nd model is 1 13/16" with the extra 1/16" the entire length. Required a little shimming of the pocket sides to use the 1st model.
I converted the beater 1st model into a 4 string with a left hand Foundation neck. The pic looks better than the bass really does. It has left hand, short stem clovers for tuners so they turn as they should. Can't really see them.

. I can't get the neck & action right so time to let a professional repairman sort it out 
. Hope it's a quick fix because even though I have other basses to play, I really do prefer playing the Peavey more

Just taken my '92 Foundation into a local guitar shop, to have them sort out the neck issues I'm having with it
Good luck - I really love the Foundations.
I've had great luck with getting my action just to my liking with my bolt-on US Peavey's - thanks, in part, to the Micro-Tilt.
