I had been watching for months it just kept going down...it is now back up at several of the stores (their prices moved down then up in unison actually)...$110 was my point of jumping in.

Didn't really need it I guess...just would have been less real estate than my trex comp.

There's a review from July 4th that mentions this arrived with a ton of tiny nicks and appears to be a factory 2nd.

Still seems like a good bargain considering.
