aren't you the idiot who was stupid enough to put wax in his dreads?
or is that someone else?
good luck cutting in a year.
Umm, dreads are supposed to have wax in them. There is this wonderful product called dreads wax, it holds them together so the lock up faster. In fact, it is the most recommended way of doing dreads. Check this website out Link Removed. Try and do some research into dreads and you will soon find out that you are completely wrong. Also, I could have them in for 10 years and still be able to comb them out. Or I could shave my head. Thanks for coming out. My five cents.

LOL!!!!
wax hinders the locking process when your hair needs to tangle up on its own. wax clumps it together. even if you backcomb, you need to just LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONE. thats the entire point of dreads. theres zero maintenance there buddy. besides hindering locking, it's what causes mold.
buddy, keep waxing. it'll never come out. and you'll end up cutting in a year.
knottyboy is a piece of sh** scam and if you actually took a bit more time to look into it you would never have bought their kit, or used wax. all you need is a flea comb, or nothing at all if you go neglect. either way you leave your hair alone. it's a long process.
and their other products are ****. go buy some dr. bronners or just a natural soap bar.

ahaha
Ok, my dreads are almost three weeks old, they are almost completely locked in. Not to mention they look good too. I know a guy that got dreads at Christmas, he didn't use wax and it just looks like messy hair. I researched dreads for a few months for the best way AND talked to a bunch of people that have them that did them different way (from back combing and no wax, backcombing and wax to neglect) and the best results always came with backcombing and wax. You don't put a ton of wax in your hair, just enough to help them hold the shape and not untangle. Not only that, but many rastas use wax of some sort and they know a thing or two about dreads. As for knottyboy being a scam? Umm, I know someone that got theirs done at the shop, and his are the best dreads that I have ever seen in my life. They know their stuff. You can't argue with dreads that are locking after less than two weeks. My five cents.LOL!!!!
