Valveamp Bass from the ad up top ^

hey gang -

I just arrived in California for this week's meetings and wanted to update you on some new product developments...

1) The Frudua GFJ Bass Series has a true 19mm spacing for those who asked.

2) It looks like ALL new models and colors (and YES, plenty of WHITE models-- smile) are due to arrive via ocean freight in December.
This includes VALVE,VIBE, FRUDUA, TUSCANY & EXLUSIVE

3) The Italians posted their first "teaser" clip of the new Frudua B600 bass amp

Mike,
According to George, you're going to have pricing info on the GFJ-can you let the cat out of the bag a little bit??

you're really jones'n for that bass, huh? I think this is the most painful thing ever: the slow release of awesome.

Got that right :p-this is a serious GAS attack and if the price is right,(say under $700) I get stuck in a serious 3 way choice for a brand-new bass along with a few good alternatives if I decide to go used.
The really funny part (or sad part, depending on your POV) is that the basses I'm considering are all VERY different from each other, so comparison shopping will be just about impossible!!!

Ugghhh.... I have resisted this for some time now because I guess I'm a little old minded in ways, but several people asked my why Valve Amp USA does not have a Twitter account to make it easier to keep them posted on product availability and other developments..

So I bit the bullet and put Valve Amp USA on Twitter last night.
For those who use this networking tool to keep up to date, here you go ...

Thanks

As these are pretty new to the US market, and talkbass is a narrow slice of overall bass players in the US, "don't hold your breath."...;)

I'm as curious as you guys are for reviews, but I'd be pretty surprised if you're going to see a lot of actual user reviews in the next 5 minutes.

I think the product line looks fabulous, and it's exciting to have these coming to the US, finally!!!!

Yes, I too have offered to do a review. I have done quite a few for prosoundweb. I figure if peavey will send me, oh.... $60K worth of speakers to beat on for a cupla weeks for an online forum, I am pretty trustworthy. Look at the road test forum over there.

Chef & Bassiklee,

For the benefit of the gang on here interested in some bass product reviews, would you each be interested in testing one of the products.

For example, I could send an Exlusive Fusion 5 to Chef and maybe a Tuscany Swing to Bassiklee for a few weeks.

That way a product from each Brand Family is reviewed

Thoughts ?

Where would these need to be shipped to?
