I'm not sure if this is vaporwave or just straight up 80's fashion reprinted. I remember people wearing stuff with designs like this when I was a kid:

I know this is electro-industrial and not the kind of music vaporwave would even be cut and spliced from, but I just want to put this here so everybody can enjoy it. This is probably my very favorite use of TR-808 drums.

Industrialwave? The funny thing is, it would kind of come full circle. Since new wave was big then and SP used the same gear as the new wave bands, if someone was to make vaporwave out of new wave (or SP by extension) would it be "wavewave"?
