Genz Benz NeoX 212. Probably the best vertical (or standard) 212 out there, IMHO. Markbass makes one that is actually horizontal but can be stood up on it's side vertically.

This looks pretty tight... Never tried Bergantino before, though I've heard great things

Berg CN212 or HDN212 are killer neo-loaded vertical 2x12 cabs. Berg has other, older, non neo 2x12's too .. AE212, HD212 etc

My Berg CN212 is outstanding and an easy one hand carry. The the new Berg HDN212 is reported to be equal or better, but I haven't had the pleasure of hearing one in person. They are staggered vertical, but more vertical than not.
46lbs is great! I noticed is also has tilt-back casters - curious if that's comfortable at 34" tall?
Ditch the tweeter, get the cloth grille, and sacrifice a (very) little low end for a slightly smaller enclosure, and you can roll in at 37lbs (if you've got the coin).
Barefaced Bass - Super Twin
You'll be hard pressed to find cabs that have woofers that beat the BF G3 12" driver. Not that it is a landslide crusher, but it is tough to beat, particularly when you count the weight.
(warning, I love these cabs but only have owned the single 12" models)
I currently use a Warwick Hellborg 212 which is fantastic but is only rated at 250w which is a turn off for most.
The AE212 is neo. The HD and NV series are not neo. In another thread I said the HDN212 would be my cab if I could have only one for the rest of time.
Better sound awesome for 1100.. I could buy 2 TC cabs mentioned in the OP and a guitar for that price.
Everybody makes upright 212's but the only ones I'd recommend are Barefaced and Bergantino. Both these guys put magic in their cabs.
If you don't have the budget, hold off on that purchase until you do.
I've used both and I'm 99% sure that I'll only ever buy cabs from these two manufacturers for the rest of my playing career.
