Video gaming bass players

I betatested online RPGs until I finished grad school. Having a real job put an end to that.

I spend a lot of time on the PSP and XBox 360. I'm fond of most of the FPS games like Vegas/Vegas 2, Army of Two, and Gears of War2, as well as single player RPGs like Fable 2, Racing games, and (please don't beat me too badly) Rock Band 2.

They just need to damnwell make an MMO where EVERYONE plays a jedi.

If they have, point me to it :D

StarWars: Battle Front 2
X-Box Console
Compatible with the 360

-Heroes vs. Villains mode
All Jedi and Sith are playable as well as Han, Leia, and Chewy, Bobba Fett, Jango Fett(i think).
General Grevious, Mace Windu, Yoda, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Darth Vader, Luke, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Aayla Secura and maybe a few others I'm missing are all playable.

Rock Band is pretty fun, just takes some getting used to I've found. Very different than playing real bass / guitar / drums / etc.

CDRhom mentioned racing...that's something I want to do more of, but haven't so far. I've got copies of GTR2/GTLegends and F1 Challenge 99-02 (there's a steep learning curve!) and/but a cheapo Logitech wheel/pedals and have a lot of fun just turning laps in open-practice mode and/or racing Novice against the 'puter. I'm trying to justify upgrading my wheel to something that will actually keep a straight line (this one kinda wanders a bit which is costing me bits of lap-time), but that's hard to do right now.

I'm somewhat into it... I used to be really into Diablo II: LoD back in 9th grade, and lately I've been picking at the Half Life catalog. I started playing HL when it first came out, and my girlfriend bought me the Orange Box in 2007. I'm really obsessed with the SMOD, it brought HL2 back to life for me :D Deadly soy beans!

NES games on my emulator are always a blast; my uncle got me a NES and a bunch of games when I was a little kid (including a ROB... which I still have! Wonder what that's worth now?), but the console has long since died so I just use an emulator. Mega Man 1-6 are where it's at!

EDIT: I'm thinking about picking up Fallout 3 as well.... I've heard it's a good move for the Half-Life obsessed :D

Just got back into regular gaming on the 360 I scored this summer. Had it about a month and a half and already have a solid library:

COD 4
Left 4 Dead
Orange Box
Ninja Gaiden 2
Dark Sector

Gotta return the copy of Halo 3 I bought from Gamestop for a FUNCTIONAL one. Am BEYOND excited for Halo 3: ODST, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and the new Alien Vs. Predator game coming out Q1 2010.

Am also looking into becoming a level designer.
