Is this in the media gallery? If so, thumbnails should be auto generated from the video... Can you post the link?
Never mind, I found it 
It appears the issue is that your link was to a video with a playlist. I deleted the "&list=48gao8das8afsd8adsfblahblahblah" off the end of your youtube URL, and now the video has auto-generated a correct thumbnail. I'll see about the playlist bug.
