Vintage masking tape

If you want tone tape for your bass, this is the stuff:

No way I’d mod a Squier Affinity, those basses blow every pre CBS fender ever made out of the water. I have one that I compared side by side with Anthony Jackson’s personal Fodera Presentation 6, (he mows my lawn for me on Tuesdays) and the affinity was so much better that Anthony begged me to trade on the spot. I was like, “nah, dawg”... he still messages me about it. The Affinity by Squire is literally the only bass I’ve ever heard of that people who know basses prefer over those (former) holy grail Harley Bentons and MusicMan Bongos. That’s tells you something. So do not ruin it by modding it!, as the resale value on that thing will pay off your mortgage, your children's mortgages, and your children’s children’s mortgages.

I have a factory second Harley Benton Jazz. 6kg of fret sprouting, pickup buzzing awesomeness that I'll put against any Affinity any day. Roger Sadowsky keeps pestering me to loan it it to him but I'm like no way Jose.

Ole’ Sad Roger, it’s a shame he’s never figured out how to do a proper build... couldn’t get a single usable tone out of the dozens of his build attempts that I’ve owned.
