A good read. Among many cool things, I think the new "Lazy Pot" feature is pretty thoughtful -first I've seen something like it (although I'm sure other companies have used something like it). Also got a number of my signal pass/effects loop and preset questions answered.

On a more serious note (for me);
I have never used two basses at gigs before. I usually settled on a suitable bass for a particular style and left it at that.
Yesterday I became the owner of a Epiphone Zenith fretless bass (a perfect fit for me) which has totally different requirements for amp settings etc.
After reading the manual's description of the input switching, effects loop and memory logic I am excited at the tonal possibilities and convenience of now having the option using two basses whenever I want.
Let me take this opportunity to apologize to anybody I might have offended with my churlish rantings in my previous posts in this thread. (now where did I leave my meds.....)

sigh.... see that empty space next to the SanSamp? that's for you baby. come home to daddy. i swear i won't use my angry words anymore. that little SanSamp means nothing to me..... she was just a fling.... she doesn't work it NEAR as dirty as you.... it's you i love baby.....
So I'm assuming you're taking the Sansamp off the board completely to make room for it? I know I've been preparing my pedaltrain for the VTs arrival. Got a big ol' plot of real estate just waiting to be filled. Can't wait!
