Wah pedal question

I bought a Vox Wah yesterday for my bass. I also use a Big Muff Pi (the one for guitar). I like to use the pedals together but I use the fuzz more than the wah so when I push the pedal down on the Vox (the switch is under the pedal so I can't just switch it off) the Muff gets really quiet. Is there anything I can do to make the Muff at normal volume when I'm not using the Vox?

If I'm reading this right...
When the Big Muff is on, and the Vox Wah is off, you are getting little to no sound?

I'm not sure about others, but I need some more information.

Are you running these pedals off of a single 9v power supply, batteries, or separate power supplies?
If running off of a single power supply, is there adequate mA output to power both pedals?
If running off batteries, have you replaced them recently and/or do you unplug the input jacks of the pedals when you are done playing? (if not, the batteries are still being drained.
If running off of separate power supplies, have you verified that they are both working?

What order are these effects in? (Bass -> Vox Wah -> Big Muff -> Amp, or Bass -> Big Muff -> Vox Wah -> amp)
Have you tried using the Vox Wah and the Big Muff separate of each other?
Have you tested the cables that you are using to connect these two effects?

My only preliminary guess is that either there is a dead battery/power issue, or a bypass issue with your wah.
