Just curious, what is the audible attributes of Hornbeam Maple in the neck?

My (admittedly limited) understanding is that hornbeam is hard and stays straight. It was/is used for masts in sailing ships.

I have an old ProIIe that NEVER goes out of tune unless a tuner gets bumped. That includes massive temperature changes like being in a sub-freezing trailer overnight and humidity changes.

And it's just hornbeam, not a variant of maple.

ha! I do miss that bass, but I can't imagine a more enthusiastic or cooler owner for a Wal than Brian. Very glad it's in his hands. I guess I'm about 4 months out but no updates at the moment.

Yeah I'd agree, I got a medium which usually fits me fine, and I actually don't wear my shirt cause it's too small as well as way short. Sucks, I got two of them and they're just laying around now.
