Oh my God... that Wal is absolutely gorgeous. This is first time I have ever noticed the switches located on the actual pick-ups. The fine detail on that leather scratch plate is so distinct and all I can think is "I want it!...Correction. I need it!" Does anybody know when the last one of these became available?
Ya this one is a bit different than all the other Pro's you'll see. Typically the switches would be located next to the pickup and one additional in between both neck and bridge pickup. Also if I remember correctly this particular Pro has the optional XLR jack too which not many Pro's have. I love the leather on this!!! 
@kirillstokes congrats! Do post more pics when you take delivery. Are you picking it up locally? I noticed the ebay ad got pulled down.
Also noticed the instrument jack is not OEM. It's not bad, just think it's cool it's not recessed in, so your not restricted on types of jacks to use. Wonder if the current owner had this made or if it was like that ......

pick attack switch, low-mid boost switch (near pickup)

Nice bass, congratulations, you have now contracted what many of us here already have, the Wal virus... There is hope though, through great measures of research and development there is a cure, it has been concluded that the only remedy is to buy a second Wal bass.
I've reached out to @Toolmybass and @kulit17 about this already but I was wondering what other Wal owners are doing for their compression needs?
Was using a Boss CS2 with great results on my passive basses but switching to the Wal has changed things up quite a bit and the poor Boss just can't hang with any settings. Thank you kindly!
