@Caca de Kick or @kulit17 would probably know better than me, but I am not aware of any Wal using graphite neck laminates.
There are two types of neck "reinforcement". One is the steel truss rod used to pre-load the neck tension. The other are the laminate stringers built into the neck construction. I would assume if Paul is using carbon in the neck, he is referring to graphite laminates as opposed to standard mahogany laminates.
