Wow nice. How is it?

Too soon to call dibs? :roflmao: I'm kidding of course. I hope you enjoy it for a long time

Its great so far. Paul hit the neck profile I was hoping for. Three of my other Wals has a more v shape profile compared to the typical soft v profile, I asked Paul if he could change the profile slightly after my blueburst build and he got was I was after.

Grover tuners?
And no dots on the fretboard, very nice!

Schaller stopped making the old M4S tuners over a year ago and replaced it with the M4S Lights, which have smaller 'ears' or 'button heads', whatever you want to call them. Some folks think they look very odd on a classic Wal headstock.
Grover has also made the same tuner as the old M4S, so seems Paul switched.

Speaking of new tuners... My set of new Schaller lights arrived today from Wal (none of the US distributors carry gold). Also, my custom DR 5 string order is here today from our very own nibs208 from American Music Seattle.
Will be nice shaving some weight off the headstock of the Mk2 fiver .
