I just did my annual battery change on all my basses yesterday. Charted the batteries when I put them in all had 9.69 volts when brand new. 8 Wals.
Used my volt meter to check as I took them out; nearly all basses were still 9.23-9.35 volts, which is pretty darn good given a somewhat busy schedule. Only one bass read 9.00 volts on the old battery, and that was the one bass with LED's.

Hi all, do you know how much does Paul charge for a new set of Wal knobs? Those on my 5 are a bit worn and I’d like to change them if it doesn’t cost too much.

I don't know what it is in db, however, it is EXTREME! Paul turned the trim pot in mine down by 50% so that it roughly matched the level of my fender jazz. I'm glad he did this as the signal is still more than enough and it never overloads any of my pedals. Hope this helps.
Jazz basses are usually pretty quiet when running both pickups. At least that’s what I have found. I usually have to boost to get on par with any of my P basses.

And no, I have no idea how I was charged LESS than what Jose (a/k/a "kulit17") was quoted three years ago (not that I'm complaining).
ya no idea....got other items on that invoice too which are individually priced out too.
