It would be amazing to hear the Mk3 “Pro Bass”. How does it compare sonically to the preamp basses?

Sonically it's a Wal Pro in a modern body. I'd say it's close to a P on steroids lol. I'll try to post some samples.

I have a single pickup Wal Custom as well and the intent with my mk3 pro build was to be able to swap between the two. I had Paul make quick disconnect harnesses so swapping would be easier.

Only rodent infestation I had was a Turbo Rat, but I sold that off years ago lol

Thanks! Such a lovely and interesting bass. The simplicity really appeals. I do love the sound of the old Pro basses, but love the modern stuff too. My Wal has been getting used for everything lately!

oh you tease! I'm dying here... due day is May and you'd think I was having a baby.. So are we supposed to leave it in the case for 6 hours? I never knew that.... will be anxiously waiting to see pics..
