This movie kills me...so much needless death because of arrogant leaders....just like WW1
I remember an HBO movie called "When Trumpets Fade" that I thought was way better than I expected. Not an easy watch, about the battle of the Huertgen Forest, nasty bit of business known as "the Death Factory" by the troops.
I have an autographed 8×10 of the print below, from when i worked at a photo lab in Hollywood that catered to actors and wannabes. The sales counter knew i loved his acting, & they let me come from the back (where i worked doing the printing) to give him his order, and he signed one for me. I need to dig that out.
