Warm and subtle overdrive - pedal suggestions?

I’m not looking for grindy or gritty. Just a warm-up with a light touch of breakup that responds when I dig in. I’d also like to be able to mix clean signal and effected signal to taste. Suggestions? Thanks!

I really want a 4 on the floor. Reeeeeally bad. I just don't have $200+

That being said, right now I'm using a Caline Pure Sky. I repainted the housing and added some new knobs to be able to get over the aesthetics of the pedal, and I couldn't be happier. With volume and gain around 11 o'clock i hear little to no "grit" and only some nice fat-ness when engaged. It's an always on for me. Having the treble and bass controls help as well.

I followed my G.A.S. recently and bought the Eden Glow Plug to use in conjunction with some of my preamps.It will give full on tube O.D.- fuzz but with some tweaking you can get the warm roundish pre break up.I first put it before my One Control 360 Blue and I like what it did.Tonight though I put it in front of my Tech 21 Sans Amp 2112 and if I had to live with this tone and nothing else I be a happy guy.j

I've only become aware of the BECOS pedal range lately and both their overdrives and compressor offerings look great. Plus ome of their pedals are tiny for the amount of tweaking you can do on them.

I finally picked up a Free the Tone Bass Blaster. Man, what a pedal. Great light OD, touch sensitive if needed, smooth, warm ... It's by far my new favorite dirt pedal and I've owned a ton.
