Warmoth Bass Porn...Show yours too

What's the fingerboard wood on this one?


Warmoth sprays them with a sealer, but you have to fill the grain yourself, if that's what you want.

I wanted an "old gunstock" kind of finish, so I didn't apply any filler. What you see is about six or eight coats of hand-rubbed Tung oil (I lost count, my bottle-cap tally system was corrupted :p). I could have applied more to fill the grain and achieve a glossier finish, but that's not what I was going for.

The neck is raw, and I wanted a similar texture on the body.
