whooooo ! back from the Badlands firstly A Massive Thank you to Paul for inviting me to his shop to watch the Nitro go on her, what a super cool experience !Mister Nobody is a Master finisher and it was a joy to watch him mix and spray like Boss ! Thank you Sir !

Nah, Mate. There are still a few coats of clear to be applied before it can cure, then be sanded and polished. Have to be able to sand it flat without going through the clear. One off finishes are challenging to repair, and I don't wanna do that.

I just pulled out my G5 the other day. Man, I love that bass. However, the neck is super chunky. I bought mine in 2004. It is the prototype of the G5 body and neck. I am wondering if anyone has a G5 that can give me some comments on how the necks (not the slim taper) are?

so as you may recall I was going to shoot the body Gold top before Mr. Slagle said I have an idea for the sc body . So what to do with all this paint

I used a waterslide nerkoids made for it Making things better... a thread about decals.

sealed in fresh shellac , the nitro really lit up the natural colors

ok I confess that is not exactly true ... I did do one spray of Behlen starcast amber. It did make it brighter orange a wee bit

Plays like butta & sounds killer . The Duncan Stinger is a killer pup .
Ziricote w/ Luminlay on Hog & Maple . Nice mix of lumber and Pauls burst is stunning , even more beautiful in person . It's hard to capture the brownish red/purple tones in the sides and back but it's about as fine as a burst can be . Thanks again to Nobody for some amazing work . \m/ Yes it has UFO imagine Nobody in it over a Lava sea...
