Warmoth Owners Club!!

How did you get them to do the reverse P pickup layout? Or did you do that?
They will reverse the P pickup(s) and place them exactly where you want them, as long as you specify and provide measurements. I also paid extra for a super light body. I ended up having to add some weight via a heavier bridge and a Fat Finger on the headstock. Lightweight bodies with lightweight necks (w/ no stiffening steel or carbon rods) can contribute to the dreaded dead spot or spots on the G string, unfortunately. The bass still doesn't weigh much. But, it's not as shockingly lightweight as it could have been.... compromises LOL.

Just to show up my Warmoth P-bass body (Shoreline Gold over mahogany) with an SX P-spec neck.

The pickup is a SD Antiquity under cream Dimarzio covers, driving a Stingray repro preamp :)

Did I read it write that Warmoth is starting to ship some gear?

I ordered an ash body a few weeks ago but didn't expect for a while.
